How Stupid Are You? - Grasshopper

Truth be told, stupid doesn’t matter when it comes to your brilliance.

Some of the dumbest people I have ever known have delivered brilliant results.

If you met them, you would agree they were dumber than a stump, but that didn’t keep them from displaying exceptional talent, namely brilliance.

I’ve met professional athletes who were at the top of their game, but they didn’t get there by being a “brain.”

Some of the most creative artists in many fields don’t have GPAs or IQs that would dazzle you, but there’s no denying their contributions provide exceptional solutions.

I believe we, as a society, have put too much emphasis on education and not enough on avocation.

We use only one yardstick to measure peoples’ capacity. And ignore the axiom of “measure twice, cut once.” That means to take a second look at how some folks can contribute without referring to their report card. Rather take a look at their results resume.

When you only judge on smarts, you truly display how stupid you are.

Get all the education you can afford or desire but recognize that’s not the only fuel that can light a fire.
